Mother taught the first primary class for girls for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-days Saints in Fairbanks, Alaska for 20 years and was a valiant and life long member all her life. She loved the Church and contributed service to many people.
She loved gardening and had a garden wherever she lived from the wilderness of Alaska to Spanish Fork where Bill and Naomi retired and built a new home which she drew up the plans for.
Even in retirement, Naomi made children’s clothes and knitted baby and children’s hats for the humanitarian program.
She was an angel Mother, Sister, Grandmother and trusted friend. She left a legacy of self-reliance, hard work and a life well endured.
