He worked for Kirby Sales, and quickly moved up from sales to district management, then became regional manager. His next job was as a regional manager for Singer Sewing Machines. Ken lived his life to the fullest. He fulfilled his dream of becoming a pilot and owned his own plane for many years. He loved flying, and enjoyed fishing, camping, and visiting Las Vegas.
Ken was very talented, doing all his own remodeling of his homes as well as restoring vehicles.
He married Cheryl McCarthy. From that union, he had two children, Terri Lynn and Jerald Allen “Jerry”.
Ken married Linda McLellan in 1978, and together they had Theresa Lynn and Kerry; which, added to Linda’s children Rita and Eugene completed their blended family.
Ken is preceded in death by his parents, and his brothers, Robert and Larry. He is also predeceased by his wife, Linda; and children Jerry and Teresa. He is survived by his children: Terri of Carrington, North Dakota; Rita of Idaho Falls, Idaho; Eugene (Marie) of American Fork, Utah; and Kerry of Orem, Utah.
