Julie Lynne
Cloward
Mar 7, 1962 — May 4, 2021
Julie Cloward, 59, of Santaquin, Utah, passed away on Tuesday, May 4, 2021, in the comfort of her home surrounded by family. She was born on March 7, 1962, in Ogden, Utah, and raised in the Bay Area of California. She was the youngest of three daughters born to William Ray Francom and Leah Rae Armstrong.
Julie met the love of her life, Jody Cloward, in Tooele, Utah. They were married on June 16, 1990, in Tooele. Together, they raised their two children in Santaquin.
Julie loved her husband more than anything and lived for the adventures on their motorcycle, together. They were able to attend the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally many years in a row, where they made lots of memories together. She also enjoyed going on cruises especially to Playa Del Carmen, Mexico, where they would get a drink and sit at the table for hours just watching all the people and time pass by.
When her kids were younger, Julie had such a passion to craft and had the nickname of “Martha.” She also loved to cook and bake – everything that she made was incredible.
Julie is survived by her husband, Jody Cloward, of Santaquin; her daughter, Brianna (Rhett) Brown of Mona, UT; her son, Joshua (Carlee) of Santaquin, UT; five grandchildren; her mother, Leah Bonney, of Grantsville, UT; her two sisters: Jeannie Messer of Tooele, UT, and Suzanne Cole of Grantsville, UT; her father in-law, Robert Cloward, and mother in-law, Nila aka “Bestie” of Genola, UT.
She was preceded in death by her father and stepmother, William (Cherrie) Francom; and her grandparents; and her two dogs, Toby & Livy.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, May 10, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. at the Santaquin City Cemetery, 100 East 300 South, Santaquin, UT.
