Earl’s many accomplishments included obtaining a pilot’s license; he always wanted to fly more than he was able to squeeze in. He loved traveling, especially to Alaska. He and Carol drove to Alaska many times with their camp trailer in tow.
He is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He served in the Scouts, was a temple worker at the Provo LDS Temple, was Elders Quorum President, was a High Priests group leader, and Gospel Doctrine teacher. Whatever the calling, he served with dedication.
