Blayne Seth
Parkin
Feb 28, 1980 — Sep 21, 2024
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Blayne Seth Parkin, a beloved father, son, brother, uncle and friend on September 21, 2024, at the age of 44. Blayne passed away, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, love, and devotion.
Blayne was born in Bountiful, Utah on February 28, 1980, to Kent J. Parkin and Marcine Hancock Brown. He was raised in Payson and attended Payson High.
Blayne’s greatest joy in life was his 3 children Braxten, Cayden, and Max, who he loved fiercely. His pride in his family was evident in everything he did. Blayne was known for his kind heart and willingness to help others. His warmth touched the lives of everyone who knew him. He lived by the motto “Whatever it Takes,” and always went the extra mile to assist those in need.
A man with a passion for trucks and all things mechanical, Blayne could always be found either behind the wheel or under the hood, fixing or driving whatever vehicle was in his care. He was happiest with a wrench in his hand or a steering wheel beneath it. His love for trucks was not just a hobby, but a way of life—a passion he shared with those around him.
Blayne’s life was a testament to family, hard work, and kindness. His presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him, but his memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
Rest in peace, Blayne. You will forever be remembered for your love, kindness, and unwavering devotion to those you held dear.
He is survived by his children, Braxten Brown and Cayden Brown of Payson; Max Parkin of Genola; parents, Joel and Marcine Brown of Payson; brothers, Jaron (April) Brown of Texas, Jeremy (Pam) Parkin of Eagle Mountain, Rhett (Brianna) Brown of Mona, Shane (Stacie) Brown of Spanish Fork, Colton (Susie House) Brown of Pleasant Grove, Clint (Skyelynn) Brown of Hawaii, Bayden (Karissa) Brown of Arizona; sister, Sally (Chad) Baird of Heber; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins who loved him dearly. He was preceded in death by his father Kent J Parkin and grandparents.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the law enforcement officers and search and rescue. Their compassion and professionalism during this difficult time were greatly appreciated. Thank you to the surrounding communities for their love and support during this challenging time.
